RFI aging
RFI aging measures how long request-for-information items stay open past their due date or open date. Growing age often means field work is waiting on an answer.
Worked example
On a hypothetical school addition, twelve RFIs are open. Eight are past ten days. RFI aging on that set is a signal to clear answers before framing can keep pace.
