SiteSignal ships continuously. This page records the changes worth knowing about — including the governance work that rarely makes a product page.

  1. Compliance2026.08.1

    Enterprise readiness: governance, SSO groundwork, and trust docs

    • Published a substantive Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Data Processing Addendum, plus a Trust Center that collects every document a vendor review asks for.
    • Added organization-enforced multi-factor authentication. Admins can require TOTP for every member from Settings → Security, and members without a verified factor are routed to enrollment.
    • Added SAML/OIDC single sign-on plumbing for Enterprise tenants, with a Sign in with SSO path on the login screen when it is configured.
    • Consolidated Team, Notifications, Audit, Export, Billing, and Security into a single Settings hub with role-gated cards.
    • Corrected compliance and pricing claims across the marketing site so roadmap features are labeled as roadmap.

    Weekly status reports with approval workflow

    • Generate a drafted weekly status report for any project: headline, executive summary, budget and schedule status, risk highlights, and next week's priorities.
    • Reports move through draft, approved, and sent states. Nothing reaches a recipient without an explicit human approval.
    • Configure org-wide and per-project report recipients under Settings → Notifications.
    • Scheduled job drafts reports weekly so Monday morning starts from a draft instead of a blank page.

    Recovery plans and risk history

    • AI recovery plans propose prioritized steps with cost and schedule impact for any project scoring yellow or red (Business and Enterprise).
    • Log a recovery step as an action, then track it from proposed through completed with a recorded outcome.
    • Risk history shows how a project's score moved over time, alongside the inputs that moved it.
    • Project detail reorganized into tabs, with an onboarding checklist for newly created projects.

    Schedule import, change orders, RFIs, and subcontractors

    • Schedule CSV import with column mapping, matching the budget importer: header suggestions, preview, and per-row validation errors.
    • Change order and RFI tracking now feed the deterministic risk score directly.
    • Subcontractor records with status, expected completion, and notes.
    • Full CSV export of every organization dataset from Settings → Export.

    • Row-level security policies isolate every organization's data at the database layer, with automated tenant isolation tests in continuous integration.
